    Cute!

    I bought two of these for two shade-less stick lamps, and while the shade attachments didn't fit perfectly (I had to tape them on under the shade frame to stop the wobbling), they are very sturdy with a nice Quasi Moroccan Ikat look and a slightly flared drum shape. I have them in the living room, for now, but they would be more appropriate in a bedroom, as the drums are not very big. Price was great, and they arrived in pristine condition.

    Works for me!

    I needed just a touch of aqua in my living room and shopped everywhere for just the right shade. I couldn't find anything, so I decided to try this one. It made me nervous because it was such a low price, but I figured I could return it if it didn't work on my lamp. As it turned out, it is perfect. At first I thought it might be a bit small, but that was because the old shade was quite a bit taller and wider. After living with it for a week, I love it more and more. The color is perfect and the price very reasonable. This was a win for me.

    Better in person + Sizing

    The actual sizing= 9" top to bottom 7" across the top 8" across the bottom The shade has a slight bell/flare to it but not much. Enough to be pleasing to the eye. I actually bought these thinking they were going to be much smaller but ended up using them (for now) on a couple 18" lamp sticks (replacing) and they look great on nightstands. These would look nice on anything about 12" - 18" tall. Anything taller and I thing they'd look too small. The blue is more saturated than it looks in the picture, not as washed out. The color isn't too "teal" and isn't too blue either- it's that fairly popular in between color. If you see the magnetic decorative flower that is advertised with the shades (on here) it's just slightly lighter than that. (I actually have one stuck on each of these shades right now just to keep them from getting misplaced in my redecorating clutter. Waiting on smaller replacement shades for another set of bases- and they don't look bad at all!). The shades are not super high quality (but the price isn't either) and one of mine arrived with several creases. If you have a store that carries these near you (I don't) I highly recommend making the trip to pick up in store for this reason. I was able to fix mine with patience, a flat iron, and turning one bad spot toward the wall (wasn't bad enough to to be worth the time/hassle to return or replace).

    Important Lampshade Info.

    I really like the pattern of these shades, just know that they are made for lamps without harps, what I figured out was taking my harps off & placing it into the shaft then screwing the lightbulb on, so if want to keep them & your lamps have harps simply remove them & they will fit, (see picture) I have mine on 2 buffet lamps. I hope this helps you to make a decision that's right for you.

    2. Yes, no harp needed. I have them on stick lamp bases, bought from somewhere else, and although they didn't fit perfectly, a little electrical tape steadied them and stopped the wobble.
